Big Star

Big Star is a brother duo of Iain and Jamie, who have been trading at street food events, farmers markets and local private parties since 2014. Cooking up southern style US food, including pulled pork, burgers, big pan Jambalaya and their signature dish Butter Milk fried Chicken sandwich, all served from a classic 1972 Citroen H Van called Toby.
