Bird in Eye Catering - Sausage Fest

We specialise in authentic German sausages so if you are looking to throw a Oktoberfest themed party, corporate event or wedding then look no further.

We can provide all of your catering needs with a selection of the finest authentic German sausages from award winning butchers in Southern Germany. Choose from Bratwurst, Krakauer, Frankfurters, Cheese Frankfurters, Beef Frankfurters & Currywurst (other varieties available to order)*. All served on a same day freshly baked soft finger bun with a choice of sauerkraut, jalapenos, curry ketchup, chilli sauce, ketchup and mustard.

To accompany our sausages we can offer a selection of salad and side dishes. Our chefs will prepare the dishes either on site or a few hours before at our catering facility.

If you are looking to create the Oktoberfest theme we can also provide real German pretzels, Oktoberfest decorations and even organise 2L Stein glasses, beer tent and German beer / mobile bar.

*We also have British bangers from our local farm shops in Sussex that can be added to the menu.

Private Party Packages:-

Basic Package - German sausages of your choice served on a same day freshly baked soft finger bun with a choice of sauerkraut, jalapenos, curry ketchup, chilli sauce, ketchup and mustard.

Party Package - German sausages accompanied by two salads and two side dishes.

Oktoberfest Package - Same as party package with the addition of German pretzels and Oktoberfest decorations for your event.

We provide catering for all types of private functions or parties as well as festivals, country shows and street food markets.
