It began with a 'retro styled' American Airstream food trailer in 2012. We saw the need for a higher quality & more customer-focused, professionally run events food option. Our focus is to provide better quality food with provenance, taste and traceability. Whether it comes to eating outside at events, corporate gatherings, private parties, weddings or large-scale outdoor gatherings where fixed premises catering is not an option – Blackboard can get the job done with minimal hassle and professional expertise, offering customers an overall better experience!

We work closely with our sister company Powters Sausages and Butchers, makers of the famous Newmarket Sausage and fifth generation farmers & butchers who supply all of our meat produce.

Our Powters trailers specialise in Jumbo Sausages, 6oz Beef Brisket Burgers and epic Fries! We also run a Barista Style Coffee Trailers serving locally roasted coffee from Freshpac Roasters in Halesworth.
