I started blissful bites in January as I got fed up of working for people who don't appreciate my time or my work. So I thought "why not work for myself and then I'll be happy and doing something I love"
I have my level 2 food safety certificate, I have a 5* hygiene rating with the local council and I am also allergen trained.
