Welcome to the Blooming Dough.
All of our sourdough pizzas are hand made to order using 100 % fresh ingredients.
All prepared by our team of experienced chefs, then stone baked on an authentic Italian clay pizza stone!
We only use best quality mozzarella and tomato sauce and of course we always source local quality produce.
Our secret to great pizza?
SOURDOUGH!
Our Sourdough takes 48-72 hours to make.
No commercial yeast here.
We use whole milk fresh mozzarella and source our toppings locall.
All of this to create a fantastic sourdough pizza experience!
We have huge variety fully licenced mobile bars, which can be setup alongside our Pizza Trailers so we can fully cater for your event !

Great service!
Blooming dough were brilliant! Everyone loved the pizzas, the communication before the event was excellent and nothing was an issue for them. we will continue to book blooming dough for future events!

Our experience with blooming dough was fantastic from start to finish, everyone at my daughter’s 21st loved the pizza myself and my husband included! We booked Bloomin Dough last minute as we'd been let down by someone else. These guys were brilliant, quickly responded to any queries I had before the event, they turned up on time, brilliant service and delicious food. Would highly recommend!
