Welcome to the Blooming Dough.
All of our sourdough pizzas are hand made to order using 100 % fresh ingredients.
All prepared by our team of experienced chefs, then stone baked on an authentic Italian clay pizza stone!
We only use best quality mozzarella and tomato sauce and of course we always source local quality produce.
Our secret to great pizza?
SOURDOUGH!
Our Sourdough takes 48-72 hours to make.
No commercial yeast here.
We use whole milk fresh mozzarella and source our toppings locall.
All of this to create a fantastic sourdough pizza experience!
We have huge variety fully licenced mobile bars, which can be setup alongside our Pizza Trailers so we can fully cater for your event !

Amazing Pizza and service
We were very happy we picked Blooming Dough for our catering. The pizzas were super tasty and a lot bigger than we thought they would be. Lots of comments from guests about how good they were. The team were very flexible and friendly highly recommend,

We recently had Blooming Dough Pizzas cater for our Christmas event at Kingspan Sherburn in Elmet, and they were absolutely fantastic! They came to our site and provided staff with various types of pizza and garlic breads. The team was efficient, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. They catered for over 100 staff members, and the food was delicious. The service was top-notch also!
