Welcome to the Blooming Dough.
All of our sourdough pizzas are hand made to order using 100 % fresh ingredients.
All prepared by our team of experienced chefs, then stone baked on an authentic Italian clay pizza stone!
We only use best quality mozzarella and tomato sauce and of course we always source local quality produce.
Our secret to great pizza?
SOURDOUGH!
Our Sourdough takes 48-72 hours to make.
No commercial yeast here.
We use whole milk fresh mozzarella and source our toppings locall.
All of this to create a fantastic sourdough pizza experience!
We have huge variety fully licenced mobile bars, which can be setup alongside our Pizza Trailers so we can fully cater for your event !

They replied to my advertisement on here super quick! Very fast communication throughout with easy no fuss set up on the day. The pizzas were great and everyone was very happy with what they got. Thoroughly recommend!
