The Blue flame Disco was formed in the mid 70s to fill my obsession with both music and sound equipment. The time in woodwork and science lessons at school was taken up building cabinets and light boxes, some of which still work well and have a happy retirement at home in my loft!
As my family was very much into music I grew up with it in my blood and started collecting records at a early age, thus my music collection is vast spreading from the 1940s to the top 100 chart hits of this week.
Still taking an interest in electronics the lighting has moved on using cutting edge projection lighting, LED lighting and Lasers. The sound system has not stayed in the 1970s either with speaker systems from the likes of Bose, Peavey and Martin Audio, powered by digital amplifiers for crystal clear sound.

Customer service is non existent Neil terrible
As you were employed as a DJ based at the end of the venue you had no idea what was going on at the door did you Neil Walters of Rally PA or is it Blue Flame Disco this week you are calling yourself ? Your customer service is non existence and after arriving and threatening to pack up after ten minutes because you couldn't be bothered carrying in your own outdated and decrepit equipment, then demanding payment "within the next 10 minutes" halfway through the night you are the worst DJ we have ever encountered and just like the "one hit wonder" records you play, you are never going to return to the same venue again - your a one night DISASTER NEIL. Minus ten stars is a better review
Initial communication was good. Impressive sound
Neil played a great soundtrack to my 1980s themed party. He was helpful in accommodating my sister setting up her backing tracks for her saxaphone session. Music was just as I wanted. Great light display.
Neil was great
Neil provided a splendid sound system for our village event on the Coronation weekend. He communicated with all the performers beforehand to ensure smooth transitions. His playlist was varied and totally appropriate for our event.
Punctual with a great set up.
Overall good, a great equipment set up. Better communication about what would actually be played after receiving an 80's playlist would have improved what was already a great night.
