Bodissima Bespoke Wedding Cakes

Hello and welcome to Bodissima Wedding Cakes! I'm Lisa the Cake Designer and it's my aim to create a beautiful and delicious cake which is perfect for your special day. All my wedding cake designs are bespoke and are freshly baked. My wedding cakes include traditional and contemporary iced cakes, chocolate cakes, mini cakes, cupcakes and naked/rustic cakes. My designs can be made in any shapes or colours incorporating your own ideas and any theme you may have. The possibilities are endless! I work with fondant/sugarpaste, royal icing, buttercream, chocolate and even marshmallow fluff! My cakes are made to order in my own kitchen. I don't freeze my cakes, buy in ready made cakes from large bakeries, or contract out any of my cake baking or decorating. I use my own special recipes and only the finest quality ingredients. My recipes include fresh raw ingredients; organic fruits, fair-trade sugars, flours and chocolate, free range butter and eggs and quality olive oils. Considerable care and attention is taken to ensure all my cakes are always fresh, moist and tasty. I use organic ingredients wherever possible. I also decorate with fresh fruits and flowers. I can either design something new or you can choose something from my existing portfolio. Whilst I specialize in wedding cakes, I will take commissions for engagement, anniversary and christening cakes. I can also cater for special dietary requirements, such as gluten free, egg free, dairy free, etc.

I offer a free personal consultation to discuss your ideas and to help you to design and create your special cake. Your consultation can be booked at a time to suit you. I will visit you in your home or an alternative venue of your choice, where you can view my designs, browse my portfolio and taste samples of my cake flavours at your leisure. I provide a complimentary set up and venue delivery service for all my brides.
