Bonaparte Barbecue

Bonaparte Barbecue began in the summer of 2020 in Kensal Rise, London, when we started smoking on a humble Napoleon bullet. Since then, we have honed our craft, guided by the sage wisdom of our namesake: 'take time to deliberate, but when the time for action has arrived, stop thinking and go'.

We aim to strip out the flummery and focus on the basics: high-quality produce allied with seasoning and smoke; a truly Texan culinary philosophy. By hiring us to cater your event, you will join the Bonaparte Barbecue Army's Old Guard, an elite battalion skilled in the fine arts of Texas bbq. As Napoleon once stated, 'I love a brave soldier who has undergone the baptism of fire'.

Barbecue is all about bringing people together: unpretentious food in unpretentious surroundings. It is also a cuisine that champions cheap cuts, making it an affordable option when catering to large numbers. At Bonaparte Barbecue we want to be able to recreate the Texan bbq experience for you and your guests, giving them a taste of southern food and hospitality.

Whether it be a birthday, reunion, or corporate event, we can cater to all budgets, designing bespoke menus to meet your needs. This could be in buffet form with a range of classics such as brisket, pulled pork, and mac'n'cheese, or individually made mouthwatering buns packed full of smoked meat, slaw, and pickles.
