Welcome to the Bracey's Pizza & Pasta profile!

We are an artisan pizza and pasta truck based in north Hertfordshire that serves, hand made, stone baked pizza, delicious pasta dishes and a wide selection of delectable sides. We are a very skilled team of chef's and concierges that are well dressed, well mannered and over qualified in the culinary field.

The main attraction and unique selling point for us as a business is our state of the art candy red 'airstream' style commercial kitchen that is a credit to its surroundings regardless of the location and adds an unmatched feel of quality to any event. The warm LED lights and neon sign that surround and illuminate the unit give off such an inviting atmosphere. There are very few mobile caterers that can offer a trailer of the same style and, to our knowledge, we are the only business in the UK to have purposed one as an Italian Pizza and Pasta Kitchen.

Although we are extremely flexible and open to provide our delicacies in any way that you may desire, we have a few popular options that organisers choose. Please contact us and we would be happy to send these across!

We are a limited company registered as mobile food traders. We hold a 5 star hygiene rating and full staff/public liability insurance for up to £10,000,000 along with full trailer insurance covering damages and theft. We always have up to date gas and electric inspections. Both standard risk assessments and fire risk assessments will be carried out for each booking. We can supply all of these documents in an email upon request.

When we are not booked ,albeit uncommon, we work full time from a small pub in North Hertfordshire and serve a large menu that is freshly cooked to order. We have a loyal customer base that has grew on social media which loves our food for its speed, value and quality that can't be found outside a restaurant anywhere in the local area.
