Nestled in the Yorkshire Dales, Brymor has been making the finest Real Dairy Ice Cream since 1984. The secret lies in our cherished herd of pedigree Guernsey cows that graze lazily on lush Yorkshire grass. Guernseys are famous for their golden whole milk which is far creamier than other dairy cows can produce. Combining their milk with double cream, and sourcing only the finest natural ingredients makes for an indulgently rich finished taste, which we know you will enjoy as much as we do.

Brymor’s famous and well loved Guernsey ice cream is brought to shows, events and market towns throughout Yorkshire during the summer months. Our fleet of vans and trailers are a real crowd pleaser, selling Yorkshire’s only Guernsey ice cream, made here on the farm at High Jervaulx. We are at local market towns to offer our delicious ice cream in tubs and cones as well as a range other summer treats and drinks. No event is complete without Brymor ice cream and we attend both large and small to make every event a special one. Our smartly dressed, friendly team serve only the finest dairy ice cream that really makes a summers day out complete.

Our mobile units visit over 100 events each year, Anything from weddings to music festivals. We are well known at agricultural shows, as we also like to show our very own herd of Guernsey calfs.
