About Burning Hands and Plates
We are passionate about food, in our kitchen we use spices from all over the world, we combine the flavors of different cultures, but we also serve traditional dishes. Our kitchen can be called:Fusion Street food.
We love American cuisine, we make homemade burgers, seasoning according to a recipe from the beginning of the last century, Homemade pulled pork is our specialty. From Vietnamese cuisine, we make the world-famous Banh-mi sandwiches, with various toppings and traditional pickles. Mexican, Spanish and Arabic cuisine is also known to us, which is why we offer wraps, chicken kebabs, tacos and burritos. Often an addition to our dishes is a yoghurt-based garlic sauce, made by us from a recipe from our Arabic fried.
We can also prepare Eastern European dishes: dumplings (pierogi) , bigos, breaded chops or DeVolay.
VEGAN We know not only meat cuisine. We can prepare zucchini pancakes, buckwheat pancakes, an addition to this can be vegetable ratatouille, vegan chilli made of ground soybeans.
We make most of the toppings ourselves, e.g. sauerkraut, kimchi, pickled cucumbers with our own apple cider vinegar, mustards, fermented chili sauce, spicy sauerkraut coleslaw with homemade vegan mayonnaise, etc. We adapt the menu to the customer's needs.
