With an elegant and contemporary style, Claire can create rustic naked cakes to multi-tiered fondant-covered showstoppers. She is also highly trained in sugarcraft and can create beautiful sugar flowers and models to complete your cake.

Claire trained at Le Cordon Bleu and set up her cake business in 2016 in London. After 3 successful years working with venues such as Kensington Roof Gardens, Hedsor House and The Orangery at Kensington Palace, Claire moved her business to the beautiful West Country. Now based in North Dorset, Caked is pleased to be serving customers throughout Dorset, Wiltshire and Somerset.
