Despite an initial technical hitch with his equipment, Norman produced a delicious hog roast exactly on time. He also came to our rescue and provide additional stuffing without even being asked. I highly recommend.

Norman arrived on time and proceeded to set up. He was completely self sufficient with water and gas. The hog roast itself was cooked to perfection and came with stuffing, crackling, apple sauce and his own recipe chutney. Unfortunately, mid morning it began to rain so Norman moved everything inside - no drama. In addition, Norman brought paper plates, wooden cutlery and napkins so cleaning up was minimal. I have no hesitation in recommending Norman and his company.

We were extremely happy with the communications from Norman, he turned up when he told us he would, and the hog was so delicious, people were happy to take some home (left overs due to no shows). We would highly recommend using him, we will definitely be keeping his details to use again.

Really good communication and really adaptable. We had a last minute big increase in food and they were happy to accommodate the increase. Turned up in plenty of time with so much amazing food. We will definitely be using them again!
