Calypso Fusion is a modern Caribbean catering company.

Chef Veli is a chef that has a professional cookery qualification from UCB and has been in the chef industry for over 10 years and has worked in high establishment such as The Ivy restaurant and the Dorchester Hotel.

Coming from a Jamaican heritage and being born in England. Chef Veli decided to bring these dishes together and this is where Calypso Fusion was created.

We have authentic Caribbean dishes on our menu eg: Curry Mutton and also have British dishes with a Caribbean twist such as coconut risotto with okra.

All our food is made with the freshest and best quality ingredients.

We also sell our Jerk bbq pack where you can cook your own dishes on the bbq for £10 and comes with Marinade, Jerk and a mango sauce.
