Mike being a proud Brummie has been influenced by the city in his food, always excited by spices, fragrance and the unusual. Mike has been cooking for several years for family & friends, reaching new ambitious heights in 2019, becoming a MasterChef UK contestant in the 15th series of the popular BBC show.
