Using our innovative Icy Cart, we create delicious ice creams right in front of your guests in under 2 minutes. The liquid ice cream is deposited by our robot arms on to super-cooled -20-degree plates, mixed and folded till frozen and then tasty nuggets of brownie, cookie pieces, and fresh sauces are folded through. We can even create bespoke wafers for you!
