Canoodle Catering are proud to have fed thousands of people throughout the UK since starting with Digbeth Dining Club in Birmingham in 2012. Prior to that the owners were almost certainly the very first street food trader to bring Thai food to the people of Birmingham with The Happy Noodle Company in 1991. All of our food is still made entirely from fresh ingredients and we cater for all dietary requirements with many of our dishes being nut, dairy and gluten free. Even our fried chicken is gluten free which is a rare treat for coeliacs!

Despite our name we offer so much more than noodles with an eclectic menu that covers Malaysian, Korean, Vietnamese, Thai and Chinese dishes but we are happy to tailor our menu to your requirements should you have particular dishes in mind.

Some of our most popular dishes include our famous Korean fried chicken, Malaysian beef rendang curry, many Thai curries including an incredibly popular Thai green chicken curry and Korean beef rice bowls. We always have vegan alternatives to all our dishes.

Generally speaking we trade from gazebos and have a variety of sizes to meet your space requirements. We are also fairly self-sufficient in terms of power as most of our equipment runs off LPG. If you have a large event where people need feeding in a short period of time (such as lunches at corporate premises) we can suggest dishes that can be served extremely quickly with minimal queuing. Our record is probably serving 700 people in two hours!

Obviously we hold all required insurances and compliance paperwork and have a five star hygiene rating with Birmingham City Council. We no longer offer single-use plastics and all of our disposable plate-ware and cutlery is eco-friendly and Bio-degradable
