About Carbonis
We cook on live lumpwood charcoal allowing us to grill, smoke, and roast creating a unique flavour impossible to replicate cooking by other means. Our BBQ size enables it to cook high volumes of food speedily thereby making it an ideal tool for feeding large numbers of people.
Sourcing the product is key and Carbonis will only sell British produce whose provenance has been carefully checked and approved by the owners. Our signature dishes include, minimum 30-day, dry-aged, grilled 5oz rib-eye steak sandwich, and baby Poussin chickens. Vegetarian options will always be available.
Our mantra is quality, quality, quality in everything we do. The equipment we use, the provenance of the food we serve, our team who work with us, the courtesy we exercise and the determination to achieve excellence in everything we undertake.
