About Celtic Brownies
I am a home baker based in North Wales. With a level 2 food hygiene certificate and a 5* food hygiene rating. I bake a variety of chocolate brownies, blondies, traybakes cakes (including vegan and gluten-free) raw cookie dough and cheesecakes using wherever possibly locally sourced produce.
We use free range eggs, 100% butter and Anglesey sea salt.
Our brownie flavours include classic, salted caramel, peanut butter, orange, cookies & cream, mint, mocha, raspberry, nutella.
I sell direct at festivals, fares, events, markets also direct to other businesses and I can cater for weddings, or any special occasion.
Typical Clients
I sell to a variety of other businesses including cafes, mobile trades and restaurants. I also sell at food festivals and various events.
