I am an empathetic listener, a creative writer, a splendid storyteller and an engaging presenter who is caring, compassionate and loves to connect with people… and that’s why I am a celebrant.

I work with couples who want to celebrate their unique and special love and commitment to each other - whether that’s in a wedding, a civil partnership, a commitment ceremony or a vow renewal.

I help people to express themselves by crafting their wishes into a bespoke ceremony, and I do this by working collaboratively with them to explore creative and practical ideas that will make their occasion deeply moving, magical and memorable.

As an independent celebrant, you’ll need to complete any necessary legal paperwork at the Registry office yourself.
Then your special day can focus on celebrating and reflecting your unique personalities and views of the world.
This includes –
- your choice of venue and timings,
- reflections of your cultural heritage and religious or non-religious preferences,
- roles for family and friends,
- adding personal wordings and enchanting little extras...

All to tailor your ceremony to make it a perfect fit for you!

Please know that when working with clients, I take my honoured role very seriously.
I hold an NOCN accredited Diploma in Couples Ceremonies, and I am an Associate Member of the Scottish Independent Celebrants' Association because I share their views on professional conduct, including having full Insurance, a Disclosure Scotland Certificate, as well as following GDPR and equality guidance.
