Charltons is a kitchen based in Peterlee which specialises primarily in gourmet takeaway food. We do however, provide exceptional cold buffets and pride ourselves on offering only the best quality homebaked food. We were established in 2015 and are quickly becoming the new standard in catering in our local area.

We have experience in delivering exceptional cold buffets to private and corporate customers, and also in catering for Weddings, Engagements, Public Events and Corporate Trade Days

We are exceptional Quality at an affordable price.

We are particularly experienced in the corporate functions and have done events for Howdens Joinery, Winn Solicitors, Bristol Street Motors, MKM Builders Merchants et al, as well as numerous other private functions.

Fantastic!!

Charlton's served burgers and chips for my 40th Birthday Party. From the first communication, Michael was friendly and helpful. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with. The burgers were ideal for my event as there was no need for crockery and cutlery, and they served from their (absolutely gorgeous!) trailer. We had the gourmet burgers and halloumi for veggies - all options were delicious and I've had loads of messages from friends this morning as well as comments on the night! Here are just a few: "This burger is 10/10!" "OMG food was delicious!" "Burgers were amazing, delicious and really filling" "Burgers and chips were fab, chips so yummy freshly cooked!" Highly recommended

Booked Charltons over lunchtime for an internal work event. We had gourmet burgers and fries and they went down really well. Tasty food, from a unique horsebox. It was all really easy to organise with Michael and they were great on the day. Very friendly. Highly recommended.
