About Chef Jacob McCullough

I am a laid-back but professional chef with a wealth of experience in the culinary world. I have worked in a variety of settings from casual neighbourhood eateries to fine-dining establishments serving gastronomically-complex tasting menus. I have opened a number of kitchens throughout my career, including a Middle-Eastern inspired vegetarian restaurant and a wine bar serving tapas and other small plates.

On top of my professional experience, I have also been lucky enough to travel extensively and open my mind to the flavours of many global cultures. From eating fresh focaccia and pesto in Northern Italy, to enjoying tacos from street-carts in Mexico City, or tagine and mint teas in Marrakech, these worldly experiences have expanded my palate and influenced my cooking style and creativity in just as many ways as my time behind the stove has.

I focus on using quality ingredients to create authentic dishes and dining experiences. I believe strongly that the bonds made and memories shared over a good meal are second to none, and it is always my pleasure to provide the platform for these wonderful experiences to unfold.

I am available for any kind of private event, including but not at all limited to: birthday parties, weddings, anniversaries, milestone events, casual get-togethers. I am flexible, let's chat about your needs!
