My kitchen and tasting room is located in Hitchin, North Hertfordshire. I offer a bespoke vegetarian and vegan catering service, from private dining in homes for small numbers of guests to weddings, canapé parties, buffets, street food events, the list goes on.

I can offer a wide range of styles for your event, Middle Eastern mezze, Indian thali, raw food a la carte, Mediterranean classics, South East Asian fiery and refreshing dishes, gutsy British classics reinvented for vegetarians and vegans, I really listen to my clients wishes to create what they would like.

Having cooked in London Restaurants of renown, and for some of the most respected event catering companies, I insist on quality and have suppliers that I can rely on to bring great quality ingredients and produce to use for every occasion. Each event is unique and I can tailor menus and logistics to suit budgets, dietary requirements and locations. I can cater within a 50 mile radius, London, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire and Essex.

I provide catering for private a la carte dinners, canapé Parties, buffets, mezze, streetfood. Restaurant trained, quality is paramount.
