Chi-town Dogs

Chi-town Dogs is a mobile food caterer that offers authentic Chicago style favourites. The iconic Chicago style hot dog is a seasoned all beef sausage smoked to perfection. We top ‘em with your choice of mustard, onion, relish, tomato, pickle, sport pepper and celery salt. We use the same Vienna Beef franks in our chili dogs which we top with cheese and onion and put both inside a steamed fresh baked poppy seed hot dog bun. Our Italian Beef Sandwich is made with slow roasted top side and silver side beef, shaved paper thin and cooked in a delicious beef au jus. We pile the beef on our Italian loaf with your choice of sweet or hot peppers. True Chicagoan ask for it dipped in the gravy. Last but not least is the classic Maxwell Street Polish made with grilled onions and mustard.

We can cater for events of any size. Our largest event was Alexandra Palace where we put out a hot dog every minute. Our food is made to be hot, fresh and fast. We can help keep cost down by offering only selected menu items or substituting beef hot dogs for pork. We try to be flexible to suit your needs. In addition to the above, we can supply tea, coffee, cold drinks (non-alcoholic) and crisps. Depending on what the needs are, we can offer banana bread, brownies and cake as well.

Our food is perfect for all ages. We can offer a simple classic dog with minimal toppings or the gourmet Chicago style for those that want their dog dragged through the garden. We can take into consideration personal or religious dietary needs by offering a choice of beef, pork or vegetarian hot dogs.
