Founded by three friends fresh out of university, this food truck is the embodiment of their culinary passion and their shared love for Asian flavours. The van is styled after a vintage 1980s airstream camper trailer with a chromed aluminium finish.

The menu at the Chicken Coop features a tantalizing selection of burger-style chicken creations, such as the Karaage Burger, featuring crispy and flavourful Japanese-style fried chicken topped with a zesty mayo and fresh cabbage slaw. Also, our fan favourite is the classic Japanese katsu concept and elevates it to a whole new level, featuring a crispy chicken cutlet coated in golden breadcrumbs, smothered with tangy tonkatsu sauce, and nestled between fluffy buns for a burger experience like no other.
