Chopbox Kitchen

In 2019 after many years hard work in hospitality and events, we purchased and converted an old 1970's horsebox trailer into Chopbox Kitchen, our mobile street food kitchen and charcoal BBQ serving up amazing Cornish meats and vegetables cooked over fire.

​Chopbox Kitchen is going strong as our BBQ event, private dining and wedding catering business where we bring the fire, hunks of meat and feasting platters of salads, sides and breads to cater your party, wedding or event. Our love of using local Cornish produce and cooking big flavours as well as providing friendly, professional service is at the core of our business and we hope that shines through.

Our converted horsebox is also available for private hire for street food events and wedding evening food where we cook our modern kebabs to order. Our Bazlama flat breads are kneaded and rolled in house, peppers are blackened for our sauces, cucumbers and onions are pickled and our meats are smoked over wood or marinated and chargrilled. We continually push flavour into each element, combining fresh ingredients with Cornish produce and world flavours which make our kebabs modern and simply delicious!

We provide BBQ catering for all types of events including weddings, birthdays and corporate events. We have years of event catering experience between us and can cater for up to 120 guests with our BBQ menu for seated meal or a buffet.
