Circus Funksters

Circus Funksters is run by Gavin Priestley - a circus professional with over 20 years experience in delivering circus workshops, training in many disciplines and professional performance. Gavin works with people of all ages and abilities and can help anyone and everyone to participate, no disability is a barrier and everyone can do something. He's also a dad of 2 small children aged 4 and 8 months. Gavin works with other friends and circus professionals under the Circus Funksters name to provide different skills and specialities to events.

Circus performance is an excellent way to to add a special something to an event, and our new act is LED glow staff, fully programmable with your images, photos and logos. We have a full glow show incorporating glowing clubs, diablos, balls, poi and hoops, and can even do double LED staff, it's got to be seen to be believed!

We can combine circus workshops with elements of performance as well, for example we recently provided a children's party with a full circus workshop for ages 5 - 11 with all the ground based skills including hula hoop, diablo, flower sticks, plate spinning and juggling, then performed a street show for the children, incorporating hat tricks, acrobatic feats and magic, and finished with an LED staff piece to music.

We also do stilt characters for events, balloon modelling, fire shows, and a street show.

With over 20 years experience of providing circus skills and workshops for events, happy customers have included Taff Housing, Barnardos, local primary schools and the Millennium Centre Wales.

Fantastic Service and Brilliant with the Children!

Such a brilliant service, Circus Funksters came to our Summer Festival and made balloons for over 4 hours without stopping, knowing he had such a que he carried on going through and was a delight to have him as part of our Celebrations. Would 1000% book again and will be for sure! Brilliant Communication and so reliable you wont be disappointed in having him at any event! Thanks again Gavin!

Brilliant kids parry entertainment

Gavin provided an absolutely brilliant kids party (5 year olds), lots of fun party games as well as circus tricks and magic. The kids thought he was fantastic and everyone had a great time. His communication was excellent and I would recommend him very highly. Thanks Gavin

A great children's entertainer

He was there on time, choice of music was brilliant, the children thought he was great, the games were fun and his balloon modelling , he even made a dinosaur balloon , which made my son very happy .
