We are a small family business and pride ourselves on using locally sourced ingredients. The beef is grass fed from local herds and the bagels and bread are baked by local artisan bakers.
Our mission is to deliver the perfect salt beef and to create the unique taste experience of a traditional New York/East End salt beef sandwich.
Cotswold salt beef loves a party, we are a friendly and professional,service and an ideal alternative to a pig roast. We also offer a plated option with a selection of homemade salads and cakes.
We are a mobile catering service with a smart purpose built trailer, available for parties, weddings, corporate events and festivals.

Great very delicious food!!
The Cotswold Salt Beef Company provides the food for a birthday party last weekend. The compliments on the hot beef sandwiches flowed from the first mouthful! It’s different, serving from the van that was parked in front of our house, the beef just melted in the mouth and tasted delicious. Everything was cleared away after and left clean and tidy. So pleased I chose them to cater for the party. I highly recommend them.
