Craftily Bars & Events Ltd are a family-run, Mobile Bar Hire Company based in Wymondham, South Norfolk. Our Mobile Bar Hire Services are available for all event types and occasions throughout Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambs. We provide Horse Box Bar Hire with our beautiful Wooden Horse Box Bar, which has been converted to the highest standards. As well as Mobile Pop-Up Bar Hire, depending on your space, venue, location and time of year!
At Craftily, we enjoy keeping it local. We source many of the products we serve from local producers, we find having local Gins amongst other Spirits, Wine and Beer keeps it exciting and allows us to share our passion.
Our Mobile Bar Hire services cater for a wide variety of events across East Anglia, from large scale weddings to intimate birthday celebrations, including festivals and corporate events. Our Mobile Bar Hire set up is ideal to have inside or out.
All of our bar options come fully equipped, staffed & licensed, this includes an event consultation in which we will talk through your requirements, drinks options and tailor the bar to your event. We currently have three choices of bar, depending on your space, venue, event type and time of year. We have a range of payment options to suit all budgets.
We tailor our Mobile Bars to suit the event we are attending, we have a range of options to choose from, whether you would like us to provide a full Mobile Bar Service, a Sparkling Wine Bar, Craft Beer Bar, or simply Teas and Coffees. If you have an idea of a type of Mobile Bar Service you would like at your event, we are more than happy to assist.

Fantastic service! Highly recommend
We had the enormous pleasure of having Craftily Bar & Events providing bar service and a dry hire bar at our wedding. Their service was truly impeccable. Brad and Rebecca were not only polite and professional, but also exhibited a level of initiative that truly set them apart. Without needing to be asked, they anticipated our needs and seamlessly managed everything, ensuring our special day ran smoothly. Their great customer service was evident throughout our day. Guests were consistently impressed with their attentiveness and friendliness and they contributed significantly to the relaxed and joyful atmosphere of the day. Do not hesitate to book them for your event - they were amazing from start to finish!
