When you book with Cruickshank’s you get a full catering service. I take care of your whole event from the time you book. I only use the best ingredients and everything is handmade. All my staff are fully trainer in serve by myself as I have very high standards. I have been a chef for over 25 years and have won 5 Salon Culinaire awards, Taste Great award 2022 and Prestige Catering Company of the Year 2022. Between now and your party you will find you will need help with finding things such as decorations, marquee, venue dressing and so on, I offer advice and recommendations. I can also organise this all for you.

Funeral catering
I contacted Cruickshanks shortly after my father in laws death to ask for a catering quote. Trevor was fantastic - his email response to me was so kind and thoughtful and not at all pushy. I immediately knew that he was the right person to do our catering and from that point on he was so helpful and easy to deal with. Everyone at the funeral commented on the lovely food and excellent service provided by Trevor and his colleague. I recommend Cruickshanks without any hesitation.
Top food and service!
Trevor did a lamb roast for my birthday ceilidh. I loved it (specially the crispy bits!) and I have had countless compliments on the food, as well as friends sending me photos of what they have been getting up to with the yummy leftovers. Trevor made it so straightforward. He accommodated all dietary requirements easily, communicated very responsively, and was a very kind and calm presence on the day. A real pleasure to have at my event, and I would highly recommend him.
Absolutely superb in every single way
Trevor was amazing. From first contact to when we waved him goodbye. He was a great communicator, very flexible, friendly and kind. On the day of our family cream tea, Trevor turned up bang on time, with all the food, crockery, cutlery and decorations. He had produced the most magnificent food, delicious sandwiches, wonderful cakes, extraordinary scones with cream and jam. I, personally, have never had a tea of this standard. Trevor set it all up and cleared away all with a smile and a helpful, kind approach. He made our day.
Superb service
In July we hosted a family reunion for 18 in the garden. The best element of the preparation was finding Trevor! It meant that all the 'stress' of catering disappeared in a flash, and I could enjoy being with my family instead of going crazy in the kitchen. From the start Trevor could not have been more helpful. He devised 2 menus for a summer buffet, and I chose my favourite dishes from each to make a perfect meal. Everything was so fresh, colourful and beautifully displayed, but above all totally delicious. Crockery and cutlery provided, all clearing and washing up done - wonderful! I cannot praise Trevor enough - hie culinary excellence, communication skills and lovely personality. THANK YOU very much from us all

The food was excellent, everyone enjoyed it. The portion sizes where also excellent. We would happily use Cruickshank's Catering service for future events.
