Sahlab (Salep)- Served hot, in a cup with a spoon, served with coconut shreds and cinnamon. Perfect for the cold weather.
Malabi- Served cold, a real treat for summertime, served with rosewater on top, coconut shreds and definitely recommended with pistachio on top.
