My name is Trisha and I have lived in Staffordshire for all of my life. My house, and the home of my two beautiful children is where it all began, I created Cupcakes & Hugs from my home. When Cupcakes & Hugs took off, its success was a very pleasant but unexpected surprise – my creations were suddenly in high demand and I was making money doing something that I loved to do, what could be better, as before Covid I was standing in a wet cold field throwing people down hills in a huge inflatable ball (sphereing)

I piped my first ever cupcake bouquet in April 2019 covid time, I needed something to take my mind of the craziness of what was going on in the world and I found cakes and buttercream and the rest is history.

It quickly became apparent that other people wanted to learn the art of cupcake decorating and I was asked on a daily basis if I teach how to pipe such beautiful cupcakes and The answer was Yes absolutely and now I run a weekly workshop and see people from all over the country and even had 3 beautiful people from New Zealand last year sitting on one of my workshops.

I create beautiful and delicious corporate branded cupcakes that are ideal for use as corporate gifts, for events and exhibitions, product launches, engagement campaigns, sales pitches, in-house celebrations and in-store promotions.

Would you like to send clients or learn how to create a beautiful cupcake bouquet, Learn new piping skills with buttercream. A step by step instruction and demonstration of how to make the perfect flowers and leaves for a beautiful bouquet, after the demonstration you create your own bouquet to take home with you.

I supply all the equipment, nozzles, buttercream and cupcakes on the day all you need is a free morning or afternoon, and a clean apron.

Prices are £120.00 per person and the class lasts for approx. 4hrs

You will then learn how to construct your piped flower cupcakes into a beautiful wrapped bouquet complete with cellophane, tissue paper and a beautiful bow ready for you to take home with you.
