Fabulous evening
Dai was such a pleasure to deal with. He was very happy to cater for any allergies etc. The menu was very extensive and we were spoilt for choice. Communication was very good and Dai was always very obliging. The party evening went very well, Dai and his wife, Jude were very pleasant and kept us informed of what was happening. The food was second to none! The portions were really generous and the food was well cooked and presented. I would be very happy to recommend DaiChef for a special event.
Amazing Experience
We had the pleasure of Dai and family looking after 15 of us last weekend. Dai is a great bloke. Very helpful, very accommodating and a great chef. Dai brought his wife and son to help out whom were great. Dai arrived on time, served a beautiful 3 course meal and looked after the kitchen like they weren’t even there! Thanks Dai and all the best

From the minute the team arrived, they looked after us all and server us fabulous food. It was so relaxing and nothing was too much trouble.. even taking photos the whole experience from start to finish was excellent and we will most definitely be using Dai’s service again. Thanks so much for making my husband’s 60th celebrations so memorable

What can I say we had amazing food for my sisters hen do. Dai Chef was so lovely (and his daughter too) and the food was incredible. Would definitely recommend and would use again.
