My name is Danielle and I have been making cakes for over 10 years, I specialise in luxury wedding & occasion cakes but I also make 3D and realistic cakes of which a few have been featured in the local newspapers
I cover my cakes with buttercream or fondant but I also do Swiss and Italian meringue buttercream & chocolate ganache.
The finish on my wedding cakes can include naked, semi-naked, smooth or textured with the mediums previously mentioned. I make beautiful sugar flowers which you can choose to add to your wedding cake but I do also work with fresh and artificial flowers too
