My catering is from 2 west African's countries precisely Senegal & Ivory coast providing the Senegalese traditional rice called Jollof rice (now known by British public) is accompany with grilled marinated chicken thighs fillet in Dijon mustard or with tilapia fish fillet, the Ivorian fried plantain skewers, Ginger, wild Hibiscus flower drink and slush and chilli sauce jars. All these are made from natural fresh ingredients! This for sure will bring in something different in the hot food category.

I have participated to many food & Drinks festivals across Yorkshire also have catered for corporate and private events including weddings. It has been broadly appreciated by the public! Visitors and food adventurous are always pleased with my food, fresh and healthy!
I am 100% confident that people will love seeing my cuisine at their event!

I am currently trading every Monday at Leeds university and my menu is broadly appreciated by all students, employees and passers-by. I also do Food & Drink festivals, private events, weddings and regularly take part to Leeds World Feast on every 4th Sunday of each month. My Food is broadly appreciated by all type of clients because it is Different, Succulent, Fresh and Healthy!
Students have named it the Soul Food!

Fabulous

Aissa provided food for us for a conference of around 25 people. She had to reheat the food in the same room as the conference talks (as there was no one else in the venue) and was amazingly quiet. The food was absolutely delicious and everyone was amazed - definitely the culinary highlight of the conference. She is very organised and was a pleasure to work with throughout. We were so pleased we have asked her to cater for our wedding next year!

Delicious and good value

We hired this out for around 40-50 people. Everyone of them enjoyed it. It was very flavoursome and tasty The 2 ladies were very polite, kind and nice company.

Amazing West African Food - amazing Aissa !

Aissa was a great communicator and a fabulous cook. All of the evening wedding guests commented on the great food prepared and served by Aissa.
