With over 20 years experience in the wholesale and catering trade we specialise in Uruguayan BBQ and Spanish paellas. Our speciality is firewood cooking.
We also cater for buffet food for all kinds of events as well as small festivals or fayres, our food is unique and prepared with care and attention to ingredients.
