All of our sandwiches maintain that distinct smoked flavour, after being prepared by using traditional blends of herbs, marinated and vacuum packed to lock in the flavour. Brined and smoked to perfection, every piece of our meat is prepared with care to guarantee the trademark flavour and texture we are famous for.

Our main goal is to never forget why we started – To cook and serve the highest quality barbecue and smoked meats you’ve ever had! We follow tried n true BBQ traditions and work with local suppliers from the southwest & southeast UK.
