We would love to give you a proposal for your special event.

As Pro-Chefs we easily do ‘traditional’, but here is something different... take a look at our flagship "The American Pit BBQ Co.", which we serve as a Street Food/Festival style 'walk up' hot food service. We can also serve to table as mixed meat platters with salads, breads etc for a more formal seated meal.

The way we work is you take your a choice of three main dishes from our Mains Menu, (attached). These we carefully prepare and bring along on the day.

Then, you choose three salad choices from the menu, such as our Carolina Slaw, Bean Salad and another of your choice. Prairie Fries are ALWAYS offered as an accompaniment with all our meals (which has become SO popular... who can resist a portion of crispy Fries?)

These dishes are then offered either In a bun, a tortilla cone or over our Prairie Fries or Nachos then topped with a range of sauces, pickles and accompaniments which we always bring, plenty of choice for your guests.

So, what next?
It would be great to talk to you further to get your ideas.. When we better understand exactly what you are looking for and the the total numbers your catering, then we will submit our written 2 page 'Understanding & Proposal' document which confirms everything we discussed, for both our 'Peace of Mind'.

We have catered for a variety of events and been able to adapt our presentation to suit:

We can work from either of our two 3x3m or 6x3m Gazebo's, or even all of them set up together, and 4.5m shelter outside or set up the servery inside.

Excellent Service - Everything Good

Michael and the team provided German and Greek inspired dishes which went down very well with the attendees of our event. There was a good range of dishes, and catering for vegetarians and vegans was also included. The Eat Cuisine team were easy to contact prior to the event, provided all the paperwork and risk assessments we required, and on the day turned up at the right time time and the right place and were professional throughout. Food was excellent with generous portions, and was very popular. The team even joined in the event once the serving was complete, and in all honesty should have won the karaoke competition for a superb solo performance. Would happily book again, and look forward to seeing them in our future events.

What an amazing set up and service!

Amazing service from these guys. Very friendly but professional service even wearing fancy dress to fit in with our party theme. Very adaptable and visited the venue in advance to foresee any issues before the day despite the journey distance. Food was amazing and we have had great feedback from the guest saying how good the food and service was. Thank you so much for making our event great!
