Eat Lah specializes in the Nasi Kerabu which is a Northeast Malaysian rice dish of which the blue rice is tinted with natural herbs, served with herbs, salad, fermented fish sauce, toasted coconut, prawn crackers and sambal (Malaysian chili paste).
The rice is usually served with coconut chicken, satay chicken, grilled tofu and grilled aubergine
