El Cubanos is a family run business, serving delicious hot food from an eye-catching, customised 14.5ft trailer.

Our dishes are inspired by tastes from across the Americas serving slow cooked meats, gourmet hand crafted burgers and 100% beef hotdogs. Menus can be tailored to customers requirements to fit tastes and/or dietary requirements. Favourites include our Signature BBQ Pulled Pork and Apple Slaw buns, our Beef Brisket Philly sub, our BBQ Pulled Pork Hotdog, our all beef Chilli Dog, our Spicy Halloumi with Peppers and our Fully Loaded Chilli Nachos.

We are able to cater for all types of events, bringing a little bit of the Americas to you!
