I have been working as a chef for years working in 5* hotels, event companies and running my catering company Tastes of the Nile from my bijou eatery in NW8 where I quickly gained a 5* rating on TripAdvisor.
I am now supplying beautifully crafted canapes and delicious buffets to suit any event.
I am not just a great cook but have a keen interest in nutrition. I set up a kitchen in a Wellness Centre on the Red Sea in Egypt and was a development chef for a new healthy eating concept that was trialled in London last year. I have cooked for many clients on diets restricted by food allergies and illness.
Typical Clients
I have provided food for funerals, birthdays, dinner parties and celebrations as well as an Oxford University College Summer Ball.
I am also happy to supply boxed meals for the week ready to put in your freezer.

Made my day!
I ordered sandwiches from Elaine for my wedding day as we were having a picnic. Everyone raved about the food. It was such a good selection of sandwiches. The vegetarians and vegans were particularly impressed as they are so often left with boring sandwiches. The food arrived excactly when she said it would and it was all clearly labelled with the alergens I asked to be included. I would recommend Elaine to anyone. She is professional and an excellent cook! It was so nice to have that part of my wedding run to smoothly as it took a huge weight off my shoulders for the rest of the day.
Brilliant food and service!
Elaine was fantastic in all areas! Her communication and discussion of options (even after we made a mistake with numbers) was a credit to her, and her flexibility was greatly appreciated. She could cater for all options, and adjust accordingly. Her food was well presented, and most importantly, delicious! All our guests enjoyed it and you can tell the care she put into it. We’re hugely appreciative of all of the hard work she put in to make our day special. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her again!
Fabulous caterer
Elaine provided a superb spread for my birthday party. The food was so fresh and beautifully prepared and the layout on the table was fabulous. It got eaten before I had a chance to take a photo!!! Elaine is so professional and her daughter assisted her with clearing up. I highly recommend her and wouldn’t think twice about using her again.
