Hi, I’m Ellie, a North East female photographer based in Northumberland.

I live with my husband and young son in a beautiful part of the country which forever provides inspiration and stunning backdrops for capturing beautiful moments. I’ve been taking photographs for other people for over 15 years and can’t remember what life was like before I picked up a camera for the first time. Even though I've been behind the lens for a long time I'm always finding new and interesting subjects and techniques to keep my work fresh and appealing.

As a wedding and portrait photographer one of the most important things to me is to get to know you on an individual basis, finding out about your family, the dynamics, relationships, what makes you all laugh. What is important to you is important to me.

My passion is contemporary, modern and relaxed photography, which reflects in my personality and your images. I have an eye for detail and love to step back and capture the atmosphere of the occasion, those special moments that can sometimes be overlooked.
