Emma Bettes Photography

Hi there! My name is Emma and I am a wedding photographer primarily, although I do also love photographing families and newborn bundles of joy. I have a very natural style of photographing and editing with the aim to be that these images will look and feel timeless. I particularly love outdoor or DIY weddings, but having said that, I recently photographed a wedding in a Scottish castle which doesn't really fit into either of those categories but it was A-MA-ZING.
When I'm photographing a wedding, I do try to blend into the background as much as possible and not be too 'in people's faces' so that I can get those really natural moments. I also LOVE to whisk a couple away before the sunsets (depending on the time of year that can be quite tricky) for those gorgeous golden hour photos. During this time I try to give the bride and groom a few moments to themselves. The day goes by so incredibly fast and it's really precious to be able to give them a few moments to stop and soak it all in!
