Events By Helen is an established supplier of mobile bars, waiting staff, tableware hire, props and event managers, but what makes us unique is the way we put it all together to form a complete package, which gives our clients the peace of mind that everything is taken care of, allowing you to relax and enjoy yourselves!

From our base situated next to the M25 on the Surrey/Kent border, we are ideally located for events across London and the South East.

Over many years of building our business and honing our skills, EBH has built a fantastic reputation as being the 'go-to' place, so whether you require a bar, waiting staff or a fully tailored package covering everything from start to finish, (from venue choice to venue tidy-up) EBH can help - in a friendly, can-do way.

We can also help with other services, such as catering, vintage crockery hire, floristry, bespoke props, table laying, venue decoration, furniture hire...and much more!

There is absolutely no pressure, our pricing is extremely fair, open and fully itemised and there are absolutely no surprises or hidden costs. We also offer a free consultation which gives us a good idea of exactly what you require and will then provide you with personalised quotations based on your budget and exact needs.

We have the team to cope (with over 30 staff members), the equipment you need (over £30,000 of our own stock) and the valuable experience to know what works - and more importantly, what doesn't!

Our bars are our most popular offering and with our range of 8 different styles from traditional wooden bars to barrel or hay bale bars, we are sure to have one that's ideal for your event, whatever your theme!

A hard-working, helpful and effective team

Helen's team, led by Kasia, worked hard behind the scenes to keep glasses filled and replenished and tea served for over 150 guests, and did a great job of gathering, washing and packing up afterwards leaving us with an organised kitchen and only a few more dish-washer loads of glasses to complete and pack. Our guests were complimentary about their attentiveness and the service they provided and they made a great difference to my own enjoyment of the event; they even helped out with marshalling at the car park for the early arrivals. We had separate caterers for the lunch, which could have made for complications, but whatever there might have been was invisible to us, thanks to the team's willingness and professionalism.

Absolutely brilliant service.

I cannot express how fantastic Dave and his company are! Getting stuck in traffic to deliver the crockery and still having a smile. Beautiful vintage crockery, made my daughters baby shower even better. So many of the guests were so impressed. Thanks again Dave.
