Cancelled via text message 24 hours before!
Utterly appalling. Cancelled 24hours before our wedding and didn't even have the courtesy to call to apologise, they cancelled over text message! Thank GOODNESS Ace Party came to our rescue and provided us with casino tables the same day when they heard how afwul Exclusive Casino Hire were. Avoid at all costs! Covid is no excuse and to respond saying 'worst case scenario I'll have to refund you' worst case scenario was you left us with no entertainment for our guests. Word of mouth is so important in this industry and everyone I get the chance to speak to will be told and shown the messages DO NOT BOOK
