Exercise Roadshow

ER started as a little project when Janine was studying to be an health trainer. The aim was to make exercise, health and well being fun, the journey then continued further after she qualified.

Exercise and Fitness, became a really fantastic way to bring people together for us. With the help and support of Fay we have developed and reached out to community members in and around Derbyshire. When two eventually became three the the reach grew and now we have Emma by our side supporting ER in the Staffordshire area!
