The wonderful Exquisite Kitchen is the ultimate comfort kitchen on wheels, capable of serving an amazing variety of no nonsense classic dishes from their stunning food truck.
Founded by the brilliant chef Iustinian Busaga, Exquisite are a family-run business with over 15 years experience in hospitality and as you would imagine, have catered at just about any event you could imagine in that time. Weddings, birthdays, corporate parties, these guys have done it all!
Their signature dish is their delicious Angus Aberdeen beef burger, served on soft French brioche with salad, tomatoes, fried onion and relish. It's just as delicious as it sounds and will have your guests queueing up for seconds. Thankfully they won't have to queue for long as these guys can serve over 300 portions an hour!

Slow service and poor quality food

Unfortunately we had a difficult time with this vendor. He was understaffed and took a long time to serve our guests who had already been waiting a long time for food. Guests were then served undercooked chips and incorrect orders. Feedback from event organiser and guests were that we wouldn’t use them again.

I am heartbroken to hear your disappointment and if matters would have been raised on site i would have been more than happy to sort them out. As i mention in my previous email we thrive to leave every customer satisfied and this review comes as a massive shock as on the day everyone appeared satisfied, including yourself. Regarding the points raised please allow me to defend my company and provide a full picture. 1. We were late to location but that was mostly due to road works and blockages in the area to which you personally have called me @1400 to make me aware and mentioned everyone else was/is late due to this. 2. 2 staff not 3 - on the morning of the event the third staff called in sick and was impossible for me to
