Fabulous BBQ are experts in the provision and management of BBQ's and high end catering for some of the UK's largest and most prestigious events, brands and venues. We cater for guests from 100 to 1,000 and roast, BBQ and grill on site, giving you a professional, innovative event, with the added showmanship of our BBQ chefs in action, creating an unrivalled atmosphere so your guests can feast like kings against the stunning backdrop of food theatre that Fabulous BBQ provides. Fabulous BBQ has more than 20 years of experience in creating and delivering unique and thrilling catering projects for a diverse range of clients, in some of the most challenging environments. As leading providers of gourmet barbecues and outdoor catering in the UK, Fabulous BBQ also specialise in “Churrasco” style cooking on our amazing Brazilian BBQ rotisserie machines.
In recognition of this, in 2016 we became the only UK caterer to be sponsored by Tramontina Churrasco; a brand that is synonymous with BBQ for nearly every Brazilian on the planet (yes, all 200m of them!).
Our Fabulous kitchen is on a farm in Essex which allows us easy access to both London for events and also Cambridge but we travel far and wide and last year we travelled to Monaco.
The Fabulous BBQ are always looking for new ways to cook our meats and this year we have invested in an Argentine asado cross this will allow us to cook 4 lambs over live fire!!!! Nothing beats the sight and sound of wood and charcoal and an added benefit it makes everything taste Fabulous.
We don't belief a few burgers or sausages cooked on a gas BBQ makes a BBQ.....so we offer a combination of BBQ, Brazilian BBQ rotisserie, spit roast pork, lamb or beef and now our Fabulous asado cross all cooking over charcoal or wood.
