If you are looking for something different, our gourmet kitchen trailer serves up the most delicious stacked burgers, buttermilk chicken and loaded dogs. This awesome little unit serves up the most incredible street food from burgers to bao buns and grilled cheese sourdough toasties.

Our mobile wood-fired pizza oven is an imaginative catering option for any type of event. From children's parties to corporate events and wedding receptions, our wood-fired oven works superbly. Cooking in front of an open fire is not only captivating for your guests but creates the perfect pizza every time.

The wonderful thing about our wood-fired oven is its simplicity for you. We will arrive a couple of hours before serving to get the oven fired up. Once it has reached optimum temperature pizzas cook in less than 2 minutes. We serve a variety of pizzas and cook each one fresh to order. After everyone has enjoyed our pizzas we will pack up and get back on the road.

We can cater for any size event and will tailor our menus to meet your event requirements.
