About Field To Fork Catering
Each accession is tailored exclusively for you and you guests. With over 25 years experience within the catering industry our culinary team uses it's knowledge and experience to make your event a memorable one. Field To Fork gives it's clients a mouthwatering experience using local sourced and organic produce. We feel that as caterers it's our duty to use only the most locally sourced livestock. Which we are lucky enough to have slowly reared in a natural climate throughout the Devon fields. Which ultimately gives a better flavour.
95 percent of our vegetables are grown within Devon, Cornwall & Somerset with the odd exotic fruit of vegetable from abroad which is a 100 percent organic. Our poultry comes from local farms which is less that 15 miles away. Which has the most amazing flavour, just like you used to enjoy before factory farming became so popular. We also grow some of our own produce and often forage throughout the year, pickling and preserving as much as possible - which is visible throughout our menus.
